IV. SITUACIÓN SIGNIFICATIVA

En la IE “Marcial Acharán y Smith” de la ciudad de Trujillo, los estudiantes provienen de las zonas
urbano marginales y rurales, que según el MINSA son lugares de riesgo de contraer el dengue por
muchos factores, como la escasez de agua, falta de alfabetización científica, nivel socioeconómico y
concientización. Asimismo, debe promoverse la cultura de prevención frente a cualquier fenómeno
climatológico o de enfermedad. También debes demostrar el desarrollo de tus competencias,
capacidades y diversos conocimientos para enfrentar de manera exitosa casos reales o auténticos
que se te presenten en la vida cotidiana.
Esta situación nos conlleva a plantear la pregunta ¿qué acciones debemos realizar para disminuir el
número de casos del dengue en la región La Libertad? ¿Desde el área de inglés cómo podemos
contribuir a la disminución de casos de dengue que hay en Trujillo? ¿Qué necesitamos saber para
afrontar este reto?
Ante esta situación los estudiantes elaborarán infografías para prevenir la propagación del dengue y
plantearán alternativas de solución ante situaciones adversas.
