1. Alcance

Este estándar aplica a toda Contratista Responsable de un Paquete de Trabajo que realice actividades en un

Proyecto de Minerals Americas de BHP Billiton y sea responsable de traspasar los activos .

2. Objetivo

Este estándar establece los requerimientos de desempeño necesarios para la fase de commissioning. que permitan la

realización de las actividades de Load Commissioning , y cumplir con los objetivos de la entrega del negocio,

Nuestros Requerimientos Major Capital Projects y los controles del riesgo material de rendimiento (“throughput”)
inferior al estimado.

3. Propósito Estratégico

Asegurar que la interacción entre Owner Team , Operación Minera y Contratistas se realizara de forma coordinada,
para una arranque exitoso de los activos.

4. Requerimientos de Desempeño

4.1 Si posterior al cumplimiento del hito “TCCC” , y a consecuencia de una falla o malfuncionamiento de un equipo /
sistema, el Contratista Responsable de un Paquete de Trabajo tuviese que ejecutar un trabajo, deberá contar con:
• Autorización del Manager de Commissioning del proyecto o su delegado.

• Aplicación de los procedimientos establecidos por el equipo de proyecto o su delegado.

4.2 En el caso que el Contratista Responsable de un Paquete de Trabajo está a cargo de la ejecución del Load
Commissioning (según contrato). El contratista debe asegurar:
• Definición e implementación de un plan de Load Commissioning
• Definición e implementación programa de recursos

• Actualización de la documentación crítica de commissioning , si aplica.

• Identificación y coordinación con sus Vendors , si es requerido por BHP Billiton, incluyendo la gestión de la
logística y coordinación asociada.

• Registro auditable de todo trabajo y servicio (según scope of work del commissioning) que haya realizado
sobre sistemas entregados

Cualquier compañía que tenga un contrato con BHP Billiton de Minerals Americas o sus Operaciones Mineras para implementar un paquete de
trabajo en el proyecto SGO.

• Mantenimiento de los equipos y sistemas que cumple a lo menos con los requerimientos del vendor, e incluye
servicios asociados como el “second fill”, si aplica

Prueba física/escrita de la realización de la actividad definida, incluyendo sus hallazgo, resultado y grado de cumplimiento correspondientes.

1. Scope

This standard applies to every Contractor Responsible for a Work Package that carries out activities in a BHP

Billiton Minerals Americas Project and that is responsible for handing over assets .

2. Objective

This standard establishes the performance requirements necessary for the commissioning phase that enable carrying

out the Load Commissioning activities and meeting the business’s delivery objectives, Our Requirements Major

Capital Projects and controls of the material risk of throughput less than estimated.

3. Strategic Purpose

Ensure that the interaction among the Owner Team , Mining Operation and Contractors is carried out in a coordinated
manner, for a successful start-up of the assets.

4. Performance Requirements

4.1 If after completing the “TCCC” milestone and as a result of a failure or malfunction of equipment / system, the
Contractor Responsible for a Work Package has to execute work, it must have:
• Authorisation from the project Commissioning Manager or delegate.

• Application of the procedures established by the project team or their delegate.

4.2 If the Contractor Responsible for a Work Package is in charge of the execution of the Load Commissioning
(according to the contract), the contractor must ensure:
• Definition and implementation of a Load Commissioning plan
• Definition and implementation of a resources program

• Update of critical commissioning documentation , if applicable.

• Identification and coordination with its Vendors , if required by BHP Billiton, including logistics management and
the associated coordination.

• Auditable record of every job and service (according to the commissioning scope of work) that has been
carried out on the systems handed over.
