CHECK-LIST AL INGRESO/ALTA:
GB: glucemia basal, IMC: índice de masa corporal, DM: diabetes mellitus
Realizar glucemias en desayuno, almuerzo y cena en todos los pacientes durante 24-48 horas desde
el ingreso para detectar hiperglucemia de estrés y diabetes no conocida.
La corrección de la hiperglucemia de estrés se realizará inicialmente con análogos de insulina rápida.

• HbA1c > 8.5% • Si IC: iSGLT2

• Historia cetoacidosis ASPART, GLULISINA, LISPRO IC, insuficiencia cardiaca; CV, cardiovascular
*FG > 45 ml/min (100 mg), 45-30 ml/min (50 mg), < 30 ml/min (25 mg). Se dispone formulación en solución para pacientes con disfagia 4 ml=100 mg
** Si Glucemia < 150 mg/dl, edad > 70 años, creatinina > 2 mg/dl y/o IMC < 20 Kg/m2 , el cálculo de Insulina será de 0,15 UI/Kg/d
***Se recomienda consultar protocolo de tratamiento con glucocorticoides, protocolo al alta y algoritmo de la SEMI 7
