1. Morfología
• T1: Atrófico.
• T2: Intermedio.
• T3: Carnoso.
2. Invasión corneal
C1: < 2 mm.
C2: 2-4 mm.
C3: > 4 mm.
3. Compromiso limbar
L1: < 4 mm.
L2: 4-6 mm.
L3: > 6 mm.
4. Grado de actividad
ESTACIONARIO o INACTIVO
• No tinción apical.
• Línea Stocker visible.
• Visualización manchas de Fuchs.
• Cabeza blanquecina y poco vascularizada.
• Cuerpo blanco-rosado con algún vaso epies-
