INTRODUCCIÓN
By analyzing and applying these strategies we can summarize that the analysis of
Porter's 5 Forces, the External Evaluation Matrix and the Internal Evaluation Matrix
are essential tools in the strategic management of a company. These tools help
understand the competitive environment, identify opportunities and threats, as well
as evaluate the organization's internal capabilities and weaknesses. The
combination of these analyzes allows the company to make more informed
decisions and design effective strategies to remain competitive in its industry.
The implementation of strategies such as integration, diversification, defense or
participation in mergers and acquisitions is essential for the growth and adaptation
of a company in a constantly changing market. A real example of successful
application of one of these strategies can inspire other organizations to make
similar strategic decisions and adapt effectively to changing market conditions.
Ultimately, these tools and strategies are crucial to a company's long-term success
and survival in the competitive business world.
