Antecedentes de la enfermedad actual
Datos son aportados por el paciente y merecen relativa fe

El 20 de setiembre de 2019 el cuadro inicia con dolor abdominal, de


intensidad moderada, opresivo, que no irradia y que se atenúa con la
aplicación de compresas
Presenta fatiga al realizar esfuerzos mínimos, consulta por dichos
síntomas y le dan el diagnóstico de un cuadro urinario y se
administran antibióticos.
El dolor persiste y se agrega pérdida de peso por lo que vuelve a
consultar en varias ocasiones y en los análisis laboratoriales se
evidencia aumento y disminución del número de plaquetas.
Antecedentes de la enfermedad actual
El 30 de septiembre se agrega petequias en la zona superior de la
espalda.
El 14 de octubre en horas de la noche presentó dolor en las piernas,
intenso, que produce despertares, de carácter quemante que
progresa a parálisis y sudoración fría.
En la madrugada del 15 de octubre asiste a urgencias donde se
agregan al cuadro náuseas y vómito blanquecino.
Niega fiebre, edema y otros síntomas acompañantes

● Niega haber padecido la enfermedades propias de la infancia
y dice haber recibido el esquema completo de vacunación

● Niega traumas y cirugías de importancia
● No se conoce portadora de patología sistémica alguna como
HTA, diabetes mellitus tipo 2, asma, cardiopatías, dislipidemia.
● Niega ser alérgica a fármacos y tosedor crónico

Hermanos: no posee hermanos

tiene, lúcido, colaboradorador con el interrogatorio, de
fascie compuesta, normosómico, de biotipo normolineo,
eutrófico, adopta en el lecho la posición decúbito dorsal
activo indiferente, marcha conservada.

Examen físico
Inspección:
Vías aéreas libres y permeables, no se observa secreción ni aleteo
nasal. Tórax de conformación normal, simétrico, que excursiona bien
con los movimientos respiratorios, con una frecuencia de 16
respiraciones por minuto, con respiración de tipo torácico, relieves
óseos y masas musculares conservadas, piel ligeramente pálida,
distribución pilosa acorde a edad y sexo, en cual no se observan
cicatrices, fístulas, estrías atróficas, circulación venosa colateral ni tiraje
intercostal.
Examen físico
Palpación:
Temperatura y sensibilidad conservada, tono y trofismo conservados,
excursión respiratoria conservada de vértices a bases en forma
bilateral, vibraciones vocales conservadas de vértices a bases en forma
bilateral.
Percusión:
Sonoridad conservada de vértices a bases en forma bilateral.
Auscultación:
Murmullo vesicular conservado de vértices a base en forma bilateral,
no se auscultan rales sobreagregados.
