RESUMEN
ABSTRACT
The acidity of the products was determined: sausage, milk powder, fortified Klim, in order to express yes in the
case of food, and other effects for consumption based on normative and legal guidelines. This procedure was
carried out from the standardization of HCl with a primary standard and NaOH with HCl for the later use of the
latter as titrant in samples, Sausage dissolved, milk powder, and acid-based titrations, obtaining acidity of the
sausage in 10.2932 g was 0.42%, that of the milk powder was 1.72% in 10.029g of sample.
