rebelión que la logramos a través del pensamiento y la acción.

Es absurdo que pidamos sentido a nuestras vidas en un universo sin sentido ni

propósito.
Lo absurdo no está en el hombre ni en el mundo, sino en su presencia juntos; es el
único vínculo
que los une. Sólo hay un problema fisiológico verdaderamente grave y es el
suicidio.

Matarse es una capitulación; deberíamos negarnos a entregarnos al sinsentido del

universo.

La solución religiosa de postular un mundo trascendente de consuelo y significado

más allá del
Absurdo es el suicidio filosófico.

La ciencia y el racionalismo siempre chocan contra las paredes en sus explicaciones

del mundo;
el mundo es irracional.

La única solución auténtica y válida al Absurdo es simplemente aceptarlo, o mejor

aún abrazarlo,
y seguir viviendo. (Revuelta).

La revuelta se lleva a cabo no solo por uno mismo, sino también en solidaridad con
los demás y por
compasión por ellos.

Vivir con el Absurdo trae rebelión (contra el sinsentido de la vida), libertad (de
roles, metas y
valores) y pasión (vivir la vida al máximo).

Un análisis de la rebelión lleva al menos a sospechar que, contrariamente al

pensamiento
contemporáneo, existe una naturaleza humana.

De todos los métodos de rebelión, la creación es el más eficaz; trabajar y crear

"para nada",
saber que la propia creación no tiene futuro, es sabiduría.

El arte no debe aspirar a dar sentido a la vida, sino sólo a describirla sin
ofrecer
sentido ni consuelo.

It is absurd that we ask for meaning for our lives in a universe without meaning
and purpose.
The absurd is not in man nor in the world, but in their presence together; it is
the only bond
unithing them. There is but one truly serious phisolophical problem and that is
suicide.

To kill oneself is a capitulation; we should refuse to surrender unto the

meaninglessness of the
universe.

The religious solution of positing transcendent world of solace and meaning beyond
the Absurd
 is philosophical suicide.

Science and rationalism always hit walls in their explanations of the world; the
world is
unreasonable.

The only authentic and valid solution to the Absurd is simply to accept it, or
better yet to
embrace it, and to continue living. (Revolt).

The revolt is performed not just for the self but also in solidarity with and out
of compassion for
others.

Living with the Absurd brings revolt (against the meaninglessness of life), freedom

(from roles, goals, and values), and passion (living life to its fullest).

An analysis of rebellion leads at least to the suspicion that, contrary to

contemporary thoughtm,
a human nature does exist.

Of all the methods of revolt, creation is the most effective; to work and create
"for nothing",
to know one's creation has no future, is wisdom.

Art should not hope to make sense of life, but only to describe it without offering
meaning or
consolation.
