CASO CLINICO
Mujer de 42, natural de Chimbote , sin alergias medicamentosas ni
hábitos tóxicos. Tiene tres hijos sanos.
Refiere que hace 3 años le diagnosticaron disnea grado II-III
(NYHA), paciente manifiesta que empeoró con la tercera gestación y
presentaba edemas en extremidades inferiores, ortopnea, así como
dolor torácico con el esfuerzo.
Actualmente manifiesta que le “falta el aire” y lo presenta ± 2 meses
, y que también le acompaña dolor torácico con el esfuerzo minimo.
Además ha presentado ocasionalmente cuadros “ desmayos”
presincopales. Ante la exacerbación de los síntomas descritos, con
fatiga ante mínimos esfuerzos, decide acudir a urgencias.

preferencia aves en guisos
Merienda: usualmente yogurt
o una fruta HISTORIA FAMILIAR
Cena: usualmente leche Abuelos Materna ;fibrosis pulmonar
Abuelo Paterno :infarto al miocardio
