Chapter III focuses on the terminology and theoretical foundations used
as a basis for the internship's development. Key concepts are explored,
providing a solid theoretical framework for the implementation of activities.

CHAPTER I
INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK
In 2016, the company decided to change its service model and began
offering armored car transportation, a specialization that has become their
primary focus today. This strategic decision has positioned them as leaders in
the security and protection services market, providing confidence and peace of

THE PROBLEM

customer confidence and demonstrates that Multiservicios Sidney 2000 is
committed to providing quality service, tailored to the needs of an international
clientele.
.
In the last few months, Multiservicios Sidney 2000 has faced some
problems due to the change of personnel in the Operations Department.
Unfortunately, the new staff hired did not have adequate English language
training, which has interfered with communication in the Call Center and has
had a negative impact on customer service. These problems have resulted in
disadvantageous consequences for the company, such as a decrease in the
satisfaction of some customers and less efficiency in the coordination of travel
and transfers.
