ABSTRACT
The following internship report presents as its main activity the translation of the
installation manual for rooftop units from 4 tons to 30 tons in R-410A refrigerant
gas brand Zubzero, from English into Spanish, at the company's operations
department in refrigeration and air conditioning Zubzero Oriente C.A, under the
supervision of the operations coordinator. The company has sought to maximize
its position in the local market by being recognized for their consultancies and
products. As a company, it seeks to fully develop their linguistics skills in the
operational area to function dynamically. The report has a detailed description of
the process carried out to apply said linguistic skills sustained with the translation
methods for the installation manual of rooftop units from 4 tons to 30 tons and
this being a viable solution to maximize the field of the department throughout the
occupational internship during the academic period.

DEDICATION
I will first thank God for allowing me to have air in my lungs and allowing me to
write these words. Mainly I would dedicate it to a person who always
accompanies me and that is me, because only I know all the efforts that I have put
in during years of preparation. To my mom who day by day has been supporting
me to achieve each of my goals. Finally to my father who now cannot see how far
I have come, but it is ever-present in me that everything I am and have achieved
so far is thanks to him, and wherever he is I know he is fully proud.

I thank God for allowing me to get to this point in my life, along with the support

INTRODUCTION
Chapter I reflects the characteristics of the company, its location, the services it
provides and its magnitude in the area where it carries out their

day-to-day activities. Therefore, in chapter II needs which the company has
presents are reflected and weaknesses which do not allow fully achieve a
satisfactory development in the area. Continuing in chapter III where the
theoretical part of the area to work is clearly described. Finally, in chapter VI, the
table describes the activities and contributions of the trainee, where teaching is
involved by the institutions, which has allowed for professional and job growth.

CHAPTER I
INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK
On this wise, Zubzero Oriente C.A was born with the ideal of meeting the
demands of maintenance for those customers who had air conditioning,
mechanical ventilation and refrigeration systems, in addition to bringing
guaranteed high-quality products within their reach. The company quickly took
charge of the maintenance and care of most of the establishments and houses in
the area.
It has always aimed to offer quality products and services, with years of
experience in the field, the company has sought to maximize its position in the
local market by being recognized for their consultancies and products.The growth
of the company has been possible thanks to the technical and human capacity of
the people who make up Zubzero Oriente C.A, committed and dedicated to a
common project for the future. The commitment to provide a more specialized
and professional service, which has made it closer to customers and better
understand their needs.

Be the leading air conditioning and efficiency company in the eastern part of the
country, assured of providing a high quality and reliable service; satisfying the
needs of our customers, providing them with a quality product and excellent

Its main activity is the sale and distribution of products within the field of
refrigeration and air conditioning. In addition, to have a technical service which is
in charge of guaranteed specialists in the field, who are in charge of providing
customers with all types of facilities, production, preventive maintenance,
corrective maintenance, continuous monitoring and repairs to competent units in
the area of refrigeration and air conditioners.

1.8 DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS POSITIONS
The department manager is the figure in charge who deals with studying,
planning and directing short, medium or long-term projects through prior
organization to meet the objectives set. With an extensive knowledge each

provide clients with a feasible and realistic budget. His work involves a

develop an accurate budget for any project.

The operators are in charge of carrying out the assembly, maintenance and
repair operations of air conditioning, extraction ventilation and air filtering
installations. All of these in to accordance with the assembly and maintenance

out a job that conforms to the client's guidelines and complying with the
respective company policies. For an air conditioning unit to work correctly and
at full capacity, it is essential that the assembly is carried out by experts.

Guidelines forged by the costumers are revoked and not complied with. Following
the needs of the company, the translation of all the manual content is a viable
option to facilitate the necessary work and to make sure the installation procedure
is suitable for the unit.

3.1 TRADUCCIÓN
(Las técnicas de traducción más habituales, s.f) afirma que: “Los métodos
de traducción se aplican a la totalidad de un texto.”
Las palabras léxicas se traducen una a una, por lo que también es muy
posible que su significado esté fuera de contexto. Es muy útil como pre traducción
para ver los problemas que puede presentar un texto a la hora de traducirlo.

coordinar y registrar información en forma sistémica y organizada. Un manual,
además, es el conjunto de direcciones o instrucciones que se proponen guiar o
mejorar la eficiencia de las tareas a realizar.
Legisla y regula el modo en que deben ser llevadas a cabo todas las
actividades de cada área. Las normas están dirigidas al personal según el
departamento al que se pertenece y el rol que cumple. Estos manuales reflejan la
forma de la organización pero a menor escala, es decir, regulan las actividades,
las operaciones y los roles de cada departamento en particular.
Regula cada uno de los pasos que deben realizarse para emprender alguna
actividad de manera correcta. Plantea las instrucciones para que los procesos
(industriales, manufactureros y administrativos) que se llevan adelante en la
organización, sean eficientes y eficaces.
