INTRODUCTION
Dear students, in this guide we are going to learn to describe places in English. To achieve
the proposed objective of this week you must develop the proposed activities.(Queridos
estudiantes en esta guía vamos a aprender a describir lugares en inglés. Para lograr el objetivo propuesto de esta
semana deberás desarrollar las actividades propuestas)

Describing places (describiendo lugares)
La descripción de un lugar consiste en narrar con palabras el lugar que se observa y lo que
se siente al observarlo, para representarlo de manera cercana a lo real. Si queremos
describir un lugar recuerda que tendremos que seguir unos pasos:
a) Primero tendremos que presentar el lugar, decir qué es y dónde se encuentra (si lo
sabemos).
b) A continuación tendremos que decir cómo es el lugar.
c) Por último nos quedaría nuestra aportación personal. Tenemos que transmitir nuestra
impresión u opinión.
Para describir ciudades o lugares favoritos se hace uso de los adjetivos, tales como:

Flat Narrow Noisy
