¿PORQUE LOS PLANES DE MEJORAMIENTO, ES UN FENOMENO
SIGNIFICATIVO EN LAS EMPRESAS? Y
¿Y PORQUE DEBEN SER CONDIDERADO COMO UNA ESTRATEGIA PARA
GESTION EMPRESARIA?
PLANNING: Making decisions to achieve a desired future, taking into account the current
situation and the internal and external factors that may influence the achievement of objectives.
ORGANIZATION: are administrative systems created to achieve goals or objectives with the
support of the people themselves, or with the support of human talent, available resources,
among others.
IMPROVEMENT PLANS: It is the set of goals, actions, procedures and adjustments that the
educational institution defines and implements in certain periods of time so that the aspects of
educational management are integrated around commonly agreed purposes and support the
fulfillment of his academic mission.
OBJETIVOS: Como objetivo se denomina el fin al que se desea llegar o la meta que se
pretende lograr. Es lo que impulsa al individuo a tomar decisiones o a perseguir sus aspiraciones.
Objetivo es también alguien que se expresa sin que su manera de pensar o sentir influyan en sus
ideas u opiniones.
OBJECTIVES: The objective is called the end to which you want to reach or the goal to be
achieved. It is what drives the individual to make decisions or pursue his aspirations. Objective is
also someone who expresses himself without his way of thinking or feeling influencing his ideas
or opinions.
GOALS: It is a desired result that a person or a system imagines, plans and commits to achieve:
a personally desired end point in an organization in some assumed development. Many people
try to achieve goals within an infinite time, setting Time deadlines.
CAMBIOS: Se denomina cambio al proceso mediante el que un determinado estado de las cosas
se sucede a otro estado. A partir de esta noción básica, cada campo del saber humano adopta un
concepto de cambio que le es propia.
CHANGES: Change is called the process by which a certain state of things succeeds another
state. Starting from this basic notion, each field of human knowledge adopts a concept of change
that is its own.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES: Are those technological currents that are marking a change in the
industrial and social model in the global economy. In other words, it consists of a set of early
creation or development technologies that are part of the so-called 'digital revolution'.
HUMAN TALENT: In other words, it is the ability of people to intelligently understand how to
solve a given problem through a series of abilities, skills, and experiences.
LIDERAZGO: Es la capacidad de comunicarse con un grupo de personas, influir en sus
emociones para que se dejen dirigir, compartan las ideas del grupo, permanezcan en el mismo, y
ejecuten las acciones o actividades necesarias para el cumplimiento de uno o varios objetivos.
CORDINACION: Puede referirse a la acción de dirigir o poner a trabajar varios elementos con
un objetivo común.
COORDINATION: It can refer to the action of directing or putting several elements to work
with a common objective.
PRODUCTIVIDAD: Es una medida económica que calcula cuántos bienes y servicios se han
producido por cada factor utilizado trabajador, capital, tiempo, tierra, etc., durante un periodo
determinado.
PRODUCTIVITY: It is an economic measure that calculates how many goods and services
have been produced for each factor used worker, capital, time, land, etc., during a given period.
DATA ANALYSIS: It consists of submitting the data to operations, this is done in order to
obtain precise conclusions that will help us achieve our objectives, these operations cannot be
previously defined since data collection can reveal certain difficulties.
CLIENTE: Desde el punto de vista de la economía, es una persona que utiliza o adquiere, de
manera frecuente u ocasional, los servicios o productos que pone a su disposición un profesional,
un comercio o una empresa.
CUSTOMER: from the point of view of the economy, is a person who uses or acquires, on a
frequent or occasional basis, the services or products made available by a professional, a
business or a company.
