I would give a depressed person as advice that he performs an activity of his liking, he should
do some sport or he could draw or listen to music, they would be good options to get him out of
depression. However, although some people can come out of depression alone, other people
could come out of depression with the help of family and friends, there you should take time to
go on a trip with them or to eat or share activities with them. There are even cases in which you
