I don't think I would quit if I have a problem with my boss, because the work
environment should be different than the staff. But if the problem turns into
workplace harassment, I think I should report it and not quit my job.
Yo creo que no renunciaría si tengo un problema con mi jefe porque el ámbito
laboral debería ser diferente que el personal. Pero si el problema se convierte
en acoso laboral, yo pienso que debería denunciarlo y no renunciar a mi
trabajo.

My ideal work environment is where I can develop my professional competencies
and skills. On the other hand, I think that according to my personality I would like to
work as a team. Journalism is a career that needs a good team.
Mi entorno de trabajo ideal es en el que pueda desarrollar mis competencias y
habilidades profesionales. Por otro lado, creo que según mi personalidad me
gustaría trabajar en equipo. El periodismo es una carrera que necesita un buen
equipo de trabajo.
6- What kind of working environment did the maquila have? Would you like to

In the Maquila the type of work was precarious, in fact, I think it is slave labor,
because they worked a long time and with children. In addition, the working
environment was not good because the workers had no interaction with each other
and Mr Costas was very severe.
