A We are going to start the class doing a review about present


progressive. The teacher will ask to the students bring a short
explanation about it.

Vamos a empezar la clase hacienda una revisión sobre el presente


progresivo. La profesora pedirá a los estudiantes dar una breve explicación
sobre este tema.

2- Students play a board game where they describe what they are usually
doing at certain times. The students are divided into three groups.
The student then uses the present continuous to describe what they are
usually doing at that time of day, e.g. 'At 7:30 a.m., I'm usually having a
shower. If the answer is correct the can continue playing.

Los estudiantes juegas un juego de mesa, donde ellos describen lo que


hacen usualmente a ciertas horas. Se divide en 3 grupos.
Usan el presente continuo ellos describen lo que usualmente hacen en esas
horas. Si la respuesta es correcta, ellos pueden continuar jugando.
3- Reviewing vocabulary. The students play a game where they ask yes/no
questions in order to find out which free time activity is on a card. The
students are divided into five groups, then they prepare yes/no questions for
the game using present continuous. When the students have finished writing
their questions, the game start. Each group choose a person to go in front of
the class to pick up a card with a picture. The other groups ask up to ten
yes/no questions to try to find out the free time activity on the card. If the
other group guess the free time activity, they score a point. The game
continues until all the cards have been used. The group with the highest
score at the end of the game wins.

Repasando vocabulario. Los estudiantes juegan a hacer preguntas cerradas con el


propósito de adivinar la actividad de tiempo libre. Se divide el grupo en cinco
subgrupos, después ellos preparan diez preguntas cerradas usando el presente
continuo. Cuando hayan terminado de crear las preguntas, el juego iniciara. Cada
grupo escoge una persona para salir al frente, tomar una carta con una imagen. Si
el otro grupo adivina la actividad ganan punto, el juego termina hasta agotar las
cartas. El equipo con mayor puntaje gana.

B The teacher will give a short presentation about daily activities


through mimes. The students selected will make the mimes with
the intention that the other students guest what the verb is.
The teacher tell the verb in Spanish to the student who is in front of the
whole class. When the rest of them guest what is the verb, the teacher will
say it in English and everyone has to repeat it. .

La docente dará una corta presentación de las actividades a través de


mímicas. El estudiante escogido hará mímicas para que el resto de los
estudiantes adivinen la acción.
La docente le dice el verbo en español a la persona que va a hacer la
mímica, una vez los demás alumnos adivinen el verbo, la docente dirá dicho
verbo en inglés, todos deberán repetir.

We watch a video about weather. And the students write in their notebook these new

1- The teacher will bring to the students a copy to apply the knowledge
acquired. The task is individual. The student has to complete the
sentences.

La profesora dará a los estudiantes una copia para aplicar los


conocimientos adquiridos. El trabajo será individual. El estudiante debe
completar las frases.

D The whole group will be divided by pair. The teacher will


bring them a copy which has a questions, the student has to
imagine that situation and tell an answer.
-To answer the first question, in the gap the students has to write the
name of his/ her partner after that he/she has to take a picture. This
picture which it is representing an action, this picture is just for him/her
because when hi/her partner ask him/her the first question, he/she has
to mimic and his/her partner has to guest and write he complete
sentence.

El grupo será dividido por parejas. La docente les dará una copia, la
cual tiene unas preguntas, el estudiante debe imaginar dicha
situación y dar una respuesta.

At the end of this activity. The teacher will choose volunteers to socialize the

2- Get it together
The student has to use the chart below to complete hi/her schedule. Whit his/her partner ask and
answer questions to guess what the other person is doing.
