A paragraph is a group of sentences that deal with one single main idea.
“ Sand castle contests are attracting crowds on both the East and West coasts.
Contestants use wet sand to build elaborate structures with high walls, towers,
and moats. Some contestants use knives or sticks to carve the sand. Others use
only their hands. The castles are son demolished by the wind and waves. These
unusual creations can usually be studied only in photographs.”
