Siendo las 11:30 am del día 04.09.2023, el trabajador Peter Álvarez Cruz identificado con DNI N•48712815 con cargo de peón y nacionalidad peruana, realizaba la
actividad de enmallado de buzón(tapar agujero de buzón), cuando de pronto el polvo, producto de un movimiento de tierra ubicado a unos 20 metros de distancia
del enmallado, se introduce en el ojo izquierdo unas partículas de polvo, resultando una irritación leve.
