Ventajas
- Resiste alta tensión, mayor que el LCA original (injerto cuádruple).
- Placa de crecimiento epifisiaria intacta (niños-adolecentes)
- Tendón donante evidencia regeneración.
- La pérdida de fuerza flexora se recupera en app 2 años post-operatorio.
- Post- Operatorio menos doloroso.
- “LigamenNzación” más rápida.
Desventajas
- Fijaciones tendón-hueso no tan estables como H-T-H.
- Tiempo de reparación mayor (12 semanas) en la interfase hueso-tendón.
- Contractura IsquioNbiales durante rehabilitación.
- Debilidad isquioNbiales a corto y largo plazo.

Ventajas
- Resiste alta tensión, similar o mayor al LCA, aunque menor que el ST-G.
- Fijación directa hueso con hueso, por ende más firme.
- Rápida Revascularización/ fijación biológica (6 semanas).
