II. FUNDAMENTACIÒN:
La Dirección Regional de Educación de Huancavelica organiza el II Festival Regional de
Estudiantes de Huancavelica – FIREH – 2022, que está dirigido a todos los estudiantes de la
I.E. San Martin de Porres en su primera etapa con la finalidad de desarrollar la competencia
Se comunica oralmente en inglés como lengua extranjera, la modalidad de Jornada
Escolar Completa en la que se encuentra esta Institución Educativa brinda las condiciones
para el desarrollo de dicha competencia ya que cuenta en su plan de estudio con 5 horas de
dictado de clases.
Los docentes del área de inglés son quienes promoverán la participación de los
estudiantes, enmarcado en el marco del plan regional de refuerzo y consolidación de los
aprendizajes
III. OBJETIVOS.
OBJETIVOS GENERALES:
 Fortalecer las capacidades de los estudiantes en la competencia se comunica oralmente
en inglés como lengua extranjera.
OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS
 Promover la participación de los estudiantes san martinianos en el FIREH – 2022 a efectos
a desarrollar las diferentes competencias comunicativas.
IV. DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN:

 Participarán los estudiantes del 1ro al 5to grado de secundaria agrupados en las siguientes
modalidades y categorías.
Categoría A: Estudiantes del primer y segundo grado
Categoría B: Estudiantes del tercer y cuarto grado
Categoría C: Estudiantes del quinto grado
 Los estudiantes solo podrán participar en uno de los concursos de este festival.
 La etapa que comprende el presente Concurso son las siguientes:

V. DEL JURADO CALIFICADOR:

 El jurado calificador deberá estar integrado como mínimo por dos personas
calificadas en la enseñanza o uso del idioma inglés.
 Los resultados que emitan los miembros del jurado son inapelables.

VI. DINÁMICA DEL CONCURSO:

 El concurso consiste en una interacción oral (conversación) en inglés entre dos (02)
estudiantes.
 Se sorteará quien de los estudiantes inicia la conversación.
 El tema de la conversación iniciará dando y solicitando información personal,
luego irá avanzando en complejidad considerando temas como:
 Información de los integrantes de la familia (What is your mother´s name? How old is
she? What does she do?)
 Preferencias en comida y bebida (What is you favorite food/drink?)
 Preferencias en música (What is your favorite music/artista/group?)
 Descripción de tu ciudad (What is Locroja like? Can you describe your city/town? Tell
about your city/town)
 Actividades pasadas (What did you do in your last vacations/holiday? Tell me about
your last vacation/holiday.
 What did you do last weekend/yesterday?)
 Planes para el futuro (What are you going to do tomorrow/next week/next weekend?)
 La competencia termina cuando uno de los estudiantes deja de interactuar en la
conversación.
 El tiempo máximo de interactuación es como sigue:

VIII. ASPECTOS COMPLEMENTARIOS:
 Los alumnos que cursan estudios de inglés en institutos o centros de idiomas no podrán
participar del concurso.
 Los aspectos no contemplados en el presente plan, serán resueltos por la comisión
organizadora.
