SIMPLE PRESENT
We used simple present when an action is happening right now or when we are
talking about activities that happen repeatedly and things that we do regularly, such
as habits and routines.
EXAMPLES:
Affirmative: My best friend takes English classes twice a week.
Interrogative: Where does your mother work?
Negative: Some students don´t have computers to study this
year.
EXAMPLE:
Affirmative: Those sportsmen are playing a difficult game in this
moment.
Interrogative: Why are you studying chemistry?
Negative: Some people aren’t traveling in December.
SIMPLE PAST
The simple past is a verb tense that is used to talk about things that happened or existed
before now.
