Preparation: On a table place the flour, in the center add cold water in
small amounts, until a soft and smooth dough is formed. Let stand for 15
minutes. On a floured table stretch the dough, place the margarine (at room
temperature) in the center.
Roll out and stretch the dough, incorporating flour if necessary, to form a
rectangle. Fold the dough into three parts, roll again. Repeat this operation 3
times. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. After the resting time, cut the dough
in half.
Stretch the dough to a thickness of ½ centimeter, cut strips about 2
centimeters wide. Roll the strips of dough into the molds, starting at the tip
of the mold, slightly overlapping the strips.
Cook in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 10 to 15 minutes until
the pieces are slightly golden. Remove from oven, let cool. Once they are
cold, remove them from the molds. Place the delicacy in a sleeve or in a
plastic bag, to facilitate the filling of the pieces. Fill the little pieces with
delicacy (you can also fill them with pastry cream or chantilly cream). You
can sprinkle them with powdered sugar when serving.
