Conclusiones
• En infecciones urinarias E. coli es el m.o. más importante
• En urocultivos negativos con sedimento sugerente incubar más
tiempo
• Nitrofurantoina y fosfomicina es el agente oral con mejor actividad
• Las otras alternativas idealmente con estudio microbiológico.
• Registrar la resistencia antibiótica de cada laboratorio
