DEFINITION
MANGOS CHUNKS IQF: This product is made from fresh,
clean, sound, ripe fruit of firm texture and good color
conforming to the characteristics of the species, free from
foreign matters and extraneous vegetable matter. Fresh
fruit is produced using Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs)
and processed under Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMPs) in compliance with local regulations, HACCP,
BRC standards, and the requirements established by THE
MARKET OF DESTINATION.

DEFINICIÓN
MANGOS IQF: Este producto es elaborado a partir de frutos frescos,
limpios, sanos, maduros, de textura firme y buen color, conforme a las
características de la especie, libre de materias extrañas y restos vegetales.
La fruta fresca es cultivada usando Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas (BPA) y es
procesada bajo Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), en conformidad
con estándares nacionales, HACCP, estándares BRC, y los requerimientos
establecidos por EL MERCADO DE DESTINO
