Promoción del producto o
servicio
Promover es, en esencia, un acto de
información, persuasión y comunicación, que
incluye varios aspectos de gran importancia,
como la publicidad, la promoción de ventas,
las marcas e, indirectamente, las etiquetas y el
empaque. A partir de un adecua- do programa
de promoción, puede dar a conocer un
producto o servicio, incrementar su consumo,
etcétera.
7.6.1 Publicidad
Hacer publicidad es una serie de
actividades necesarias para hacer llegar
un mensaje al mercado meta; su
objetivo principal es crear un impacto
directo sobre el cliente para que compre
un producto, con el consecuente
incremento en las ventas.
7.6.2 Promoción de ventas.

El sistema de promoción de ventas,


actividades que permiten presentar al
cliente con el producto o servicio de la
empresa; la promoción de ventas debe
llevarse a cabo para que el cliente ubique
al producto o servicio de la empresa en
el mercado,
7.6.3 Marcas
Una marca es un nombre, término, signo,
símbolo o diseño, o combinación de todos
estos elementos, que identifica los bienes
y/o servicios que ofrece una empresa y
señala una clara diferencia con los de su
competencia.
7.6.4 Etiqueta

Se le llama etiqueta a las formas


impresas que lleva el producto para
dar información al cliente acerca de
su uso o preparación.
7.6.5 Empaque
El empaque debe ayudar a vender el
producto, en particular el que es
adquirido directamente por el
consumidor final.

Fijación y políticas de
precio.
Precio
Cantidad de dinero que se paga por un bien o servicio.
Fijación del precio
La fijación del precio es de suma importancia, ya que el
precio influye en la percepción que tiene el consumidor final
sobre el producto o servicio. No debe olvidar a qué tipo de
mercado está enfocando el producto, debe saber si lo que
buscará el consumidor será calidad, sin importar mucho el
precio, o si el precio será una de las variables de decisión
más importantes. En muchas ocasiones una mala fijación del
precio es la responsable de la escasa demanda de un
producto.
Las políticas de precios de la empresa determinan la fijación
del precio de introducción en el mercado.
Politicas de precio
Es un conjunto de principios para fijar un determinado valor a
los bienes y servicios. Es una herramienta de marketing que
afecta al éxito de las ventas y al posicionamiento de la empresa.
Politicas de precio
Es recomendable establecer políticas claras en cuanto a
descuentos por pronto pago o por volumen, así como en las
promociones, pues constituyen una parte importante de la
negociación con los clientes potenciales y/o distribuidores.
Otro aspecto relevante es si la empresa pagará a sus
vendedores alguna comisión por el volumen de ventas y qué
proporción representarán de su ingreso total.

Estructuración de acciones concretas a realizar en los primeros
meses de desarrollo de la empresa para garantizar el éxito al
entrar en el mercado.

empresa.

Sistema y plan de ventas
(administración)
Constituyen una de las funciones básicas la empresa,
trata de mantener el mejor sistema contable y la
mejor publicidad para llamar la atención de los
clientes, mientras que no haya ventas la empresa se
queda estancada.
El sistema de plan de ventas tiene el propósito de
diseñar una mezcla de marketing adecuada al
mercado meta de la empresa .
