CRITERIOS PARA LA TRANSFUSION DE PAQUETE GLOBULAR
• Aumento del HTO: 1 paq 3%, Hb: 1-1.5g/dL.
Choque Hemorrágico
• Cirugía, Trauma, Hemorragia (GI por ej.)
Sangrado activo:
• Pérdida de >20% del volumen circulante calculado o
• Disminución de 20% de TA y/o aumento de 20% de la frecuencia cardiaca.
Anemia sintomática
• Hb<8; Angina de pecho o síntomas SNC <10g/dl
Anemia asintomática
• Hb <7-8 g/dl y cirugía en la que se anticipa >500ml de pérdida sanguínea
