para un apropiado desarrollo en todos los ámbitos del adulto, juega un papel de relevancia
debido a que, la estructura familiar con la cual creció este adulto es fundamental en su
dinámica relacional, se conoce que gran parte de su desenvolvimiento con parejas está
primeros años de vida. Objetivo general: Analizar las dinámicas relacionales en la etapa de
los vínculos emocionales profundos versus aislamiento, según la teoría de Erik Erikson, y
elemento fundamental en las relaciones afectivas, cifras asociadas a un 72% que indica que
la etapa de adultez temprana que manifiestan que las estrategias para promover relaciones
satisfactorias.

Abstract
It is specified that the emotional life in the stage of early adulthood is fundamental for
appropriate development in all areas of the adult, it plays an important role because the
family structure with which this adult grew up is fundamental in its dynamics. relationally,
it is known that much of their development with partners is influenced by their socio-
emotional skills that were instilled and preserved in the first years of life. General
objective: Analyze the relational dynamics in the stage of deep emotional ties versus
isolation, according to Erik Erikson's theory, and its influence on mental health and
sociodemographic data and 10 questions divided into 5 sections where the following are
Results: after applying the survey to 22 people, rates higher than 68% of respondents
agreed that trust and communication are a fundamental element in emotional relationships,
figures associated with 72% that indicate that the lack trust is a risk factor that promotes
isolation, considering emotional support as a protective entity and data greater than 96% of
those surveyed in the stage of early adulthood that show that strategies to promote healthy
relationships.
