Título: Comportamiento organizacional: Fundamentos y nivel individual
Resumen
Organizational behavior is the study of how people and groups interact within organizations
and how these interactions affect both the people and the organizations themselves. It
involves analyzing the mutual influence between individuals and organizations. The
objectives of this research are based on improving quality and productivity in organizational
behavior, which implies optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in internal interactions and
processes. This is achieved by implementing approaches and techniques that foster a positive
work environment, effective collaboration and staff motivation. The methodology used in the
research is based on the analysis of the results, starting from the foundation, theories and
models of organizational behavior and then focusing on the individual level and, finally,
providing a general conclusion. The results indicate that there is a great variety of theories
and models created by various authors through different studies and, in turn, if we focus on
the individual level, we can consider that it is a very important point, since this focuses in
analyzing and understanding how individuals behave, interact and respond in the context of
an organization. This involves studying the attitudes, performance and skills that employees
have. This is crucial, since it directly influences organizational performance by allowing a
more efficient allocation of tasks and responsibilities. Finally, we can also highlight
personality, which encompasses both emotions at work and values within an organization. In
conclusion, the understanding and application of these concepts benefits both employees and
drives the success and competitiveness of the organization in the current business context.

(Vroom, V. H.
1964).
