4. Estrés y salud mental: La inseguridad alimentaria puede generar altos niveles de estrés y
afectar la salud mental de una persona. El estrés crónico y la ansiedad relacionados con la
inseguridad alimentaria pueden contribuir al desarrollo de conductas alimentarias de riesgo
como una forma de hacer frente a estas emociones negativas.
