promover la comunicación asertiva, habilidad para expresar peticiones y estrategias
para evitar los conflictos con otros; además, de promover una salud mental en los
ámbitos del bienestar social, psicológico y emocional. (3)
Se debe brindar un acompañamiento para mantener la salud mental y habilidades
sociales por tal motivo se necesita de estrategias educativas que ayuden a mejorar a
los estudiantes ya que son el pilar de la educación y de esta manera fortalecer a los
futuros profesionales.
En las tutorías se debe dar reuniones que permitan a los estudiantes de enfermería
intercambiar opiniones y experiencias sobre la calidad formativa, la carga académica,
las prácticas como la relación con los docentes. Como también buscar el propio
cuidado del estudiante con respecto a la salud mental.
Se debería implementar o dar a conocer proyectos, talleres y programas de intervención
entorno a los factores protectores de la salud mental que permitan llevar a cabo la
promoción de esta para el desarrollo personal.
