Drill Chuck
Drill Chuck plays very important role in a drilling machine because it’s used as a work holding device.
Basically, drill Chuck, hold the straight shank cutting tools. Drill chucks, may be three jaws or four jaws which is
also move simultaneously when drilling machine outer sleeve turned.
Teeth are made inside the jaw which is used to hold the drill easily.
And it has a ring nut when rotate it then the jaw opens and closes simultaneously.

Portabrocas
El portabrocas juega un papel muy importante en una máquina perforadora porque se utiliza como dispositivo de
sujeción del trabajo.
Básicamente, el portabrocas, sostiene las herramientas de corte de vástago recto. Portabrocas, pueden ser de tres
o cuatro mordazas que también se mueven simultáneamente cuando se gira el manguito exterior de la máquina
perforadora.
Los dientes se hacen dentro de la mandíbula que se utiliza para sujetar el taladro fácilmente.
Y tiene una tuerca anular cuando se gira, la mordaza se abre y se cierra simultáneamente.

Hand Wheel
Hand wheel is a very important part of drilling machine because with the help of this, how much
feed is to be given in a job or workpiece is controlled.

The spindle moves in the up and down direction when the hand wheel is rotated.

El volante es una parte muy importante de la máquina perforadora porque con la ayuda de este, se
controla la cantidad de avance que se debe dar en un trabajo o pieza de trabajo.

El eje se mueve hacia arriba y hacia abajo cuando se gira el volante.

It is used to hold and rotate the drill bits tool. It is fitted with the head of drilling machine.

High carbon chromium steel or steel alloys are used to make the spindle.

máquina perforadora.
Para fabricar el husillo se utilizan aceros con alto contenido de carbono y cromo o aleaciones de
acero.

The table is used to hold the workpiece or a job and can be adjusted by moving it upward or
downward direction.

Drill Base
It is the most important part of the drilling machine because it carries a whole weight of the drilling
machine.
Cast iron or steel material is used to make the base of the drilling machine.
The drill base is very rigid due to made of cast iron material.

Base de taladro
Es la parte más importante de la perforadora porque soporta todo el peso de la perforadora.
Se utiliza material de hierro o acero fundido para hacer la base de la perforadora.
La base del taladro es muy rígida debido a que está hecha de material de hierro fundido.

It supports the table and head as well as all other mechanism which is attached to the head.
Cast iron or steel is used to make columns. Because its mechanical properties are of high strength
and also hardened.

Soporta la mesa y la cabeza, así como todos los demás mecanismos que se adjuntan a la cabeza.
Se usa hierro fundido o acero para hacer columnas. Porque sus propiedades mecánicas son de alta
resistencia y también endurecidas.

Drill Drift
Drill drift is a wide steel strip that is tapped towards the width of the edge which taper angle is 8 ° - 19 °.
It is used for removing the taper shank drills.
Drill drift is also used to remove the drill chuck, sleeve and socket which is fitted in the spindle of the machine.
