 Condiciones de venta
PEDIDOS
No existe pedido mínimo.
Es necesario para formalizar un pedido indicar siempre: unidades, modelo de puerta, medidas, acabado, apertura, tipo de marco para panel (indicar espesor)
u obra, temperatura, modelo de marco (A,B,C) y otras opciones.
Para proceder a la fabricación del pedido se necesita tener la confirmación del pedido firmada por parte del cliente vía fax o e-mail.
Una vez enviada la confirmación del pedido firmada por parte del cliente, INFRACA S.L. se reserva el derecho a realizar cambios en la medida en que sea
posible llevarlos a cabo.
INFRACA S.L. se reserva el derecho de proceder a la anulación automática del pedido si, antes de su entrega, el comprador presenta expediente de
suspensión de pagos o quiebra o le es instado alguno de estos procedimientos por un tercero.
El plazo de fabricación será de 7-10 días a partir de la confirmación del pedido.

PRECIOS
Los precios se indican en EUROS.
En nuestras listas de precios figura siempre el P.V.P. (Precio de Venta al Público).
Los precios publicados en las listas de precios no incluyen IVA y pueden ser variados sin previo aviso, si no se indica lo contrario. A excepción del zócalo
protector, que son netos
Los precios siempre son con portes debidos.
Los precios incluyen embalaje en cartón reforzado a fin de garantizar una mayor seguridad de la mercancía.

FORMA DE PAGO
Para primeros pedidos el pago siempre será por adelantado.
Para clientes SIN clasificación de riesgo (cliente no clasificado): Contado, Efectivo o Transferencia previa.
Para clientes CON clasificación de riesgo (clasificados): Cheque o Recibo Domiciliado a la Vista a la entrega de la mercancía.
Se facturará y por ende el Vto de la factura será con fecha acabado

Las transferencias deben ser realizadas con destino a la cuenta que INFRACA S.L. mantiene con el siguiente banco:

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE PORTES

El cliente puede elegir entre recoger el material en nuestros almacenes por sus propios medios o aceptar un CARGO establecido en cada momento en la
factura emitida por INFRACA S.L.
La entrega de la mercancía se efectuará en las instalaciones que el comprador disponga a tal efecto y que haya comunicado previamente a INFRACA S.L.
Si el cliente lo desea, la entrega puede hacerse en otro lugar, como por ejemplo en las instalaciones del usuario final, estando obligado, en este caso, a
expresarlo por escrito en cada pedido a INFRACA S.L. En este tipo de entregas el cliente de INFRACA S.L. asume toda la responsabilidad en la entrega del
material.
Para cualquier envío de mercancía por parte de INFRACA S.L. será necesario que el cliente indique al realizar el pedido: Lugar de descarga, Planta, calle,
persona de contacto y teléfono, horario de descarga y accesibilidad al lugar de entrega (referencias, vía pública con acceso de vehículos…).
SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE INFRACA S.L.
INFRACA S.L. pone a disposición del cliente un servicio de transporte autónomo que cubre todo el ámbito nacional y países del entorno, principalmente
Portugal y Francia.
INFRACA S.L. coordinará la entrega de la mercancía al cliente en función de las rutas de transporte establecidas.
INFRACA S.L. no será responsable por los retrasos en las entregas debidos a causas de fuerza mayor y/o otras causas fuera del control de INFRACA S.L.
AGENCIAS DE TRANSPORTE
INFRACA S.L. puede enviar la mercancía por la agencia de transporte con la que trabaje el cliente habitualmente o por una contratada por INFRACA S.L.
Para entregas en las Islas los portes son siempre Debidos y corren por cuenta del cliente.
En los envíos a portes Debidos, a partir de la entrega de la mercancía al transportista, ésta viajará por cuenta y riesgo del cliente.

RECLAMACIONES ESTADO LLEGADA MERCANCÍA

SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE INFRACA S.L
INFRACA S.L. no aceptará ninguna reclamación sobre la mercancía enviada con nuestro servicio de transporte si el cliente no ha señalado ninguna
incidencia en el albarán de entrega de la mercancía.
AGENCIAS DE TRANSPORTE
Cuando el envío se haga por agencia, a partir de la entrega de la mercancía al transportista, esta viajará por cuenta y riesgo del cliente. Cualquier
reclamación sobre el el estado de llegada de la mercancía deberá realizarse a la agencia de transporte.

FUERO
Con renuncia al fuero que pudiera corresponderle al cliente, todas las controversias que pudieran eventualmente suscitarse, serán sometidas a los juzgados
y tribunales de Valencia.

ORDERS
There is not minimum order.
In the order the client has to indicate: units, model of door, size, finish, opening side, panel thickness, temperature, kind of frame (A, B, C) and other options.
To proceed to the production of the goods it is necessary to have the order accepted and signed with the signature of the company by fax or mail.
If the client wants to make a change in the confrimed order, INFRACA S.L. will decide if it is possible to do it.
Production time is from 10 to 15 days once the order is confirmed.

PRICES
Prices are in EUROS and EX-WORKS (Transport not included).
Prices include packaging of doors with reinforced cardboard to assure the correct arrival of goods.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
First order payment in advance.
Credit at 30, 60 days for companies assured by our Insurance Company CESCE.

TRANSPORT
The client can choose if he prefers to send a transport to take goods from INFRACA S.L. or if he wants we send the goods with our truck or with transport
agency.
INFRACA has his own transport service charged to deliver every week our products in Spain, Portugal and France.
If the client wants INFRACA S.L. organises transport it is necessary to give us: complete delivery address, contact person, telephone number and other
relevant details.
If the client uses our transport service, INFRACA S.L. will not accept claims about delivery of goods if the client does not notified anything in the delivery note.
When INFRACA S.L. send goods by transport agency, the client assumes the responsibility about transport.

ARBITRATION
The resolution of commercial disputes will take place in the arbitral tribunal of Valencia.
INFRACA S.L. is inscribed in the “Reg. Merc. de Valencia, Tomo 3004, Libro 320 Sec. Gral., Folio 42, Hoja nºV-4631, Inscripción 1ª de fecha 18-2-91 - CIF:

 Conditions de vente
COMMANDE
Il n’y a pas de commande minimale.
Pour réaliser une commande, il faut indiquer pour chaque porte: le modèle, la quantité, la finition, l’ouverture, la température, le type de cadre (A,B,C),
l’épaisseur du panneau, autres options.
Pour commencer la production des portes, il nous faut la commande acceptée et signée par fax ou mail.
Si le client veut faire une modification dans la commande une fois que celle-ci a été confirmée, c’est INFRACA qui decidera si on peut faire le changement en
fonction de l’état de production des biens.
Le temps de production est de 10 à 15 jours, une fois la commande confirmée.

PRIX
Les prix sont indiqués toujours en EUROS et EX WORKS (transport non inclus).
Les prix inclus l’emballage individuel et complet de chaque produit en carton renforcé pour assurer la correcte arrivée des biens.

CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT
La première commande doit être payée en avant.
Nous offrons un crédit à 30 ou 60 jours pour les entreprises assurées par notre assurance credit CESCE.

TRANSPORT
Le client peut s’occuper lui même du transport ou bien vouloir que nous envoyons la marchandise à travers notre service de transport ou par agence. Le coût
du transport dans ce dernier cas sera indiqué dans la commande.
INFRACA S.L. dispose d’un service de transport autonome qui livre exclusivement les produits d’INFRACA S.L. toutes les semaines en ESPAGNE,
PORTUGAL et FRANCE.
Pour réaliser la correcte livraison de la marchandise le client doit toujours indiquer sur la commande: l’adresse complète, la personne de contact et numéro
de teléphone, conditions d’accès particulières...
Si la marchanidise est envoyée avec nôtre service de transport, INFRACA S.L. n’acceptera pas de réclamation sur l’état des biens livrés, si le client n’a rien
indiqué sur la note de livraison.
Si les biens sont envoyés à travers une agence de transport, la responsabilité sur les biens correspond au client une fois que ceux-ci sont sortis de notre
usine.

ARBITRAGE
La résolution des disputes commerciales aura lieu dans le tribunal d’arbitrage de Valencia.

AUFTRÄGE
Es gibt keine Minimum Menge.
Um ein Auftrag anzufördern, es ist unbedingt nötig zu zeigen: Menge, Produkttyp, Mäße, Ausführung, Öffnungsrichtung, Paneelstärke, Innentemperatur des
Kühlräumes, Rahmentyp und andere Optionen.
Um die Produktion anzufangen, es ist nötig, die Auftragsbestätigung zu unterzeichnen und per fax oder Email Infraca zu senden.
Nach dem Unterschrift der Auftragsbestätigung werden Wechseln akzeptiert, nur wenn sie möglich wären.
Produktionstermin wird von 7-10 Tagen nach der Auftragsbestätigung.
Wenn Infraca die Auftragsbestätigung in 24h nicht bekommt, könnte der Produktionstermin ändern.

PREISE
Die Preise sind Verbraucher Endpreise in Euro.
Die Preise sind ohne Mwst und können ohne Vorwarnung ändern.
Die Preise sind immer ex-works.
Die Preise enthalten die Verpackung der Waren aus verstärktem Karton, die geeignet ist, um die Güter im Transport zu schützen.

ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Erste Auftrag wird durch Barzahlung bezahlt.
Für Kunden mit Risiko Bewertung und Zahlung versichert: 30 Tagen Scheck oder Banktransfer

LIEFERUNG
Für die Lieferung der Waren kann der Käufer sich zwischen die folgenden Alternativen entscheiden:
- Sein eigenes Transport
- INFRACA Transportservice
- Transport-Agentur koordiniert bei Infraca
Sein eigenes Transport:
Der Käufer kann Ihre Waren am nächsten Arbeitstag nach dem Liefertermin abholen.
Wenn der Transport von Infraca organisiert wird, müß der Käufer die folgenden Daten mitteilen:
- Komplette Zieladresse
- Ansprechpartner bei der Zieladresse
- Telefonnummer der Ansprechpartner
- Andere wichtige Details
Wenn es Schäden in den Waren wegen der Lieferung gäbe, diese müssen in dem Lieferschein eingetragt werden, sonst wird keine Reklamation akzeptiert.

ANWENDBARES RECHT UND GERICHTSTAND

Für sämtliche Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen Infraca und dem Käufer gilt spanisches Recht.
Ausschließlich der zuständige Richter am Gerichtsstandort Valencia (Spanien) ist befugt, über sämtliche Streitfälle zwischen Infraca und dem Käufer zu
entscheiden.

mm de longueur, les extrémités arrondies
améliorent l’adaptation de la caisse du
camion. Complètement traité et peint.
S’adapte automatiquement aux différences
de hauteur qui se produisent dans le camion
lors du chargement et déchargement.

Groupe hydraulique avec motorisation de
