Developing this glossary has allowed me to understand many terms that are
very important in my career. In addition, it has allowed me to become familiar
with pages or websites that I did not know, but that from now on will be my
reliable source of information.
I hope that the terms included in this glossary will be of much help to students of
the administration career or to others involved in business administration.
