 ¿QUE ES UN PROCESO
ANALÍTICO?

Un proceso general que consiste en un

conjunto de procedimientos realizados para

solucionar un problema determinado

analítico. Un proceso analítico, consiste en un conjunto
de procedimiento realizado para solucionar
un determinado problema analitico.
ESE CONSTA DE 7 PASOS

1. Definir el problema
2. Seleccionar un metodo
3. Obtener una prueba representativa
4. Preparar la muestra para el análisis
5. Llevar acabo toda las separaciones
6. Realizar la medición
7. Calcular los resultados y preparación del
informe.
 1. DEFINIR EL PROBLEMA

El analista debe saber que información se necesita,

quién la necesita, para qué propósito, y que tipo de
muestra se va analizar.

PARA TENER EN CUENTA...

El analista debe tener buena comunicación en el cliente

1. Una agencia para la protección del ambiente.
2. Un ingenio
3. Un cliente industrial
4. El analista no le toca decirle a alguien si la sustancia es segura
o no.
2. SELECIONAR UN MÉTODO

El metodo analitico a aplicar dependera de varios factores, entre

ellos:
Pericia y capacitación del analista
Instalaciones (instrumentos)
Sensibilidad y paciencia
Costos ( presupuestos)
tiempo neccesario para el analisís
3. OBETENER UNA MUESTRA
REPRESENTATIVA

Por lo general se realiza solo en una pequeña porción del

material.
El material que se va a muestrear puede ser solido, líquido
gaseoso.
Puede ser:
Homogéneas:una solución simple
Heterogéneas:se puede obtener varias muestras

NOTAS: En el caso de los fluidos biológicos, las

condiciones dela muestra pueden variar
4. PREPARAR LA MUESTRA
PARA EL ANALISIS

Medir el tamaño o volumen de la muestra

El tamaño de la muestra analítica debe medirse en el grado de
precisión.
La cantidad de muestra dependerá de la concentración del
analito.
 5. SEPARACIONES
QUIMICAS

El analista a menudo debe realizar uno o más etapas de

separación, estas pueden ser:
Precipitación
Extracción con un disolvente
cromatografía
Diálisis
Destilación
6. REALIZAR LA MEDICIÓN

Analisis argumentativo: Determinar la cantidad de elemento

en una muestra eliminando toda sustancia eliminada
Analisis volumétrico: se une para conocer la concentración
desconocida de una sustancia.
Técnicas instrumentales:Se basa en propiedades físicas
como electricidad. (son sensibles)
7. CALCULAR LOS RESULTADOS
Y PREPARACIÓN DEL INFORME.

Realizar los cálculos para luego emitir un informe final.
