ATENCIÓN Y SUEÑO
ABSTRAC
INTRODUCTION
Emotional health is understood as a state of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-
being that allows adequate adaptation to the various circumstances in which human
beings operate. It can also be considered as the absence of mental illness or
psychological origin. For this well-being to be possible, it is necessary that the structure of
the personality is fulfilled, which brings together a series of components that allow an
optimal degree of emotional balance, I understand this well-being as the ability to feel
good about oneself, to have social relationships of quality and manage both positive and
negative emotions.Emotional health is a fundamental part of health. People who are
emotionally healthy are in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They are able
to face the challenges of life. They feel good about themselves and have healthy
relationships. Being emotionally healthy doesn't mean being happy all the time, it means
being aware of your emotions. Emotionally healthy people also feel stress, anger, and
sadness, but they know how to deal with their negative feelings.
METODOLOGÍA
SEGUNDO MOMENTO
Al finalizar la técnica los espectadores deberán volver a sumir posición sedente y continuar
escuchando de manera activa las diferentes indicaciones para cada una de las temáticas a
presentar. Una vez se haya culminado con la realización de la segunda fase se presentara
a las compañeras una cartelera llamada DESCARGA Y CONTINUA, en el se encontraran 7
bolsillos con el nombre de cada una de las Terapeuta Ocupacionales en formación, en el
mismo se indicara a las estudiantes cerrar el proceso de esquematización con el
reconocimiento de emociones experimentadas durante la semana, se otorgara a cada
estudiante un trozo de hoja de block, en ella deberán escribir las emociones para
frecuentes durante la semana, mencionar cuales han sido los pensamientos generados y
finalmente la conducta realizada, todo ello expresado en un cuadro de la siguiente
manera:

FASE FINAL (Práctica – retroalimentación): Este tercer momento corresponde a la
retroalimentación en la que la terapeuta ocupacional en formación efectuará una actividad
lúdico-recreativa en idioma inglés/ español en la cual permitirá dar apertura a un espacio
de preguntas, inquietudes, dudas y respuestas sobre la temática abordada y la
intervención del terapeuta ocupacional.
Al culminar la socialización de la temática “Salud emocional, memoria, atención y sueño” se
llevará a cabo la actividad de bilingüismo en el cual se ubicarán a los participantes en
sedente suministrando los materiales a emplear, lápiz y ficha, en esta estará un crucigrama
en el idioma inglés donde deberán encontrar la palabra, respondiendo a las preguntas
organizadas.
VERTICALES
• Emociones: reacciones psicofisiológicas que representan modos de adaptación del
individuo.
• Memoria: Imagen o conjunto de imágenes de hechos o situaciones pasados que
quedan en la mente.
• Atención: Proceso conductual y cognitivo de concentración selectiva en un aspecto
discreto de la información.
HORIZONTALES
• Sueño: la actividad de la mente durante ese periodo de descanso.
• Salud emocional: estado de ánimo en el cual nos sentimos bien, tranquilos, percibimos
que dominamos nuestras emociones y somos capaces de hacer frente.
• Primeros auxilios psicológicos: Los primeros auxilios psicológicos consisten en la
atención inmediata que se le da a una persona tras haber sufrido una situación
dramática
METODOLOGY
INITIAL PHASE (Awareness): this stage corresponds to the process of sensitization and
contextualization for teachers, managers and occupational therapists in training in which
the information on the topic addressed will be made known in a clear, slow and concise
way using communication assertiveness, empathy, respect, responsibility and receptivity. In
turn, it will be supported by audiovisual material which corresponds to the projection of
different creative slides that illustrate the knowledge that will be shared.
During the schematization process, the professionals in training who are as spectators who
will position themselves seated, will use informative slides, requesting the participation of
the spectators for a better understanding of the theme and the relationship that can be
established with examples of the daily life.
However, this phase will be carried out, developing a relaxation technique called the
grounding technique, which will be set with background relaxation music, the use of mats,
different aroma sticks and the modulation of the professional's voice in training. This
technique is divided into two moments as follows:
FIRST MOMENT
SECOND MOMENT
At the end of the technique, the spectators must return to a seated position and continue
listening actively to the different instructions for each of the topics to be presented. Once
the second phase has been completed, a billboard called DOWNLOAD AND CONTINUES
will be presented to the colleagues, in which there will be 7 pockets with the name of each
of the Occupational Therapists in training, in which the students close the schematization
process with the recognition of emotions experienced during the week, each student will be
given a piece of block sheet, in it they must write the emotions for frequent during the
week, mention what have been the thoughts generated and finally the conduct performed,
all expressed in a table as follows:
FINAL PHASE (Practice – feedback): This third moment corresponds to the feedback in
which the occupational therapist in training will carry out a playful-recreational activity in
English/Spanish language in which it will allow opening a space for questions, concerns,
doubts and responses on the topic addressed and the intervention of the occupational
therapist.
At the end of the socialization of the theme "Emotional health, memory, attention and
sleep" the bilingualism activity will be carried out in which the participants will be seated
providing the materials to be used, pencil and card, in this there will be a crossword in the
English language where they must find the word, answering the organized questions.
