Entre estudiante y maestro existe una relación intrínseca la cual es fundamental para el

ámbito académico y desarrollo del aprendizaje por parte del alumno esto les ayudara en el
ámbito profesional, social y personal. A esta relación la denominamos Rapport, los
alumnos definen esta “Comunicación” la cual define a un profesor el cual desempeña
excelentemente su rol.

Coupland, (2003). En cuanto exista esta conexión entre alumno y Profesor, las experiencias
en el aula serán más fluidas, los alumnos podrán aprender diferentes materias de estudio
con mayor facilidad. Esto realmente ayuda al desarrollo cognitivo y social de los
estudiantes. Como sabemos, las relaciones positivas son muy influyentes dentro del aula, el
comportamiento particular que expresa el estudiante al participar también contribuye a los
resultados de comportamiento y aprendizaje.

Frymier, (2007). Es fundamental que el profesor y el alumno mantengan una buena

relación. El Maestro debe crear una conexión entre los dos, un espacio de comodidad,
seguridad y tranquilidad. Ya que, el docente es el responsable de la formación de los
futuros profesionales y también de que los alumnos obtengan grandes conocimientos,
transformando la sociedad.

Para que esto suceda de manera efectiva necesitamos la intervención de algunos factores,
estos podrían ser:

Respeto:

El respeto debe existir en ambos lados en el proceso de Enseñanza/Aprendizaje, tanto

alumno como profesor este rol es muy significativo para que exista un buen Repport, es
esencial que el docente tenga una relación interpersonal y de manera optimista en el ámbito
de estudio con sus alumnos, y así tener en cuenta el docente está interesado en ellos y en
mejorar su educación, el cual tendrá respeto por sus diferentes formas de pensar y opinar.
Trato igualitario

Los alumnos deben tener en cuenta que le docente trata por igual a todos sin ninguna
preferencia en particular, presta todo su apoyo y orientaciones en cada clase propuesta, de
esta forma las relaciones entre profesor y estudiantes serán mucho más eficientes.

Participación:

Es de vital importancia que la participación del docente sea de mucha influencia para los
alumnos, este debe ser de manera optimista y positiva, la manera de actuar del docente a la
hora de dirigirse a ellos con respeto recordando sus nombres, incentivando a las preguntas
que generes cuestionamiento y ganas de investigar esto ayudaría mucho más a la
participación de los estudiantes en el ámbito estudiantil. Y así los alumnos tendrán una
sensación de tranquilidad y comodidad.

Escuchar a los alumnos

El docente debe ser un buen receptor y oyente con cada uno de sus alumnos, así la pregunta
referente a cada clase dará oportunidad a que el profesor pueda detectar cada carencia u
acierto en sus alumnos y así poder ofrecer una mejor ayuda en el proceso de aprendizaje.

Para concluir, las relaciones entre docentes y estudiantes dentro del ámbito académico
logran asegurar mejores rendimientos y estos serán de mucho beneficio a la hora de
afrontar diferentes situaciones que se presenten dentro y fuera del ámbito estudiantil.

professional, social and personal field. We call this relationship Rapport, the students
define this "Communication" which defines a teacher who performs his role excellently.

subjects of study with greater ease. This really helps the cognitive and social development
of the students. As we know, positive relationships are very influential within the
classroom, the particular behavior that the student expresses when participating also
contributes to behavior and learning outcomes.

Frymier, (2007). It is essential that the teacher and the student maintain a good
relationship. The Master must create a connection between the two, a space of comfort,
security and tranquility. Since, the teacher is responsible for the training of future
professionals and also for students to obtain great knowledge, transforming society.

For this to happen effectively we need the intervention of some factors, these could be:

Respect

Respect must exist on both sides in the Teaching/Learning process, both student and
teacher this role is very significant for a good Report to exist, it is essential that the teacher
have an interpersonal relationship and optimistically in the field of study with their
students, and thus take into account the teacher is interested in them and in improving their
education, which will have respect for their different ways of thinking and opinions.

Equal treatment

Students must take into account that the teacher treats everyone equally without any
particular preference, provides all his support and guidance in each proposed class, in this
way the relationships between teacher and students will be much more efficient.

Stake

It is of vital importance that the teacher's participation is of great influence for the students,
this must be in an optimistic and positive way, the way the teacher acts when addressing
them with respect, remembering their names, encouraging questions that If you generate
questions and a desire to investigate, this would help the participation of students in the
student environment much more. And so students will have a sense of tranquility and
comfort.

Listen to students

The teacher must be a good receiver and listener with each of his students, so the question
referring to each class will give the teacher an opportunity to detect each lack or success in
his students and thus be able to offer better help in the learning process. .

To conclude, the relationships between teachers and students within the academic
environment manage to ensure better performance and these will be of great benefit when
facing different situations that arise inside and outside the student environment.
