The digital transformation consists of two parts. The first is that it leads to
digitization, this is about operational excellence, this means that communication
is not a problem and can be carried out through most possible channels
anticipating needs and finding some that were unsolved and not Were
considered. The second is the organizational change since the digital
transformation changes the company so the company must adapt to the
change, this change is necessary since the systems must adapt to the needs
and for this the organizational change is important.
Technologies must be adapted to the needs of the client, this is the greatest
challenge that companies face since investment in technologies is very high,
but in order to identify the real needs of the client, different methods and
technologies must be tested to learn what is really the customer needs and this
should be done day after day by learning from all customer experiences and
working together at the organizational level and not in hierarchies.
