La transformación digital como todos conocemos es la sustitución de métodos

manuales por métodos digitales de vanguardia, la transformación digital en las
grandes industrias está siendo adoptadas por la mayoría de las empresas a
nivel mundial, debido a que necesitan mantenerse en el mercado siendo
competitivas, para esto se generan grandes desafíos en la transformación
digital.

La transformación digital consta de dos partes. La primera es que conduce a la

digitalización, esto se trata de la excelencia operativa, esto quiere decir que la
comunicación no sea un problema y se pueda realizar por la mayor parte de
canales posibles anticipando las necesidades y encontrando algunas que
estaban sin resolver y no fueron consideradas. La segunda es el cambio
organizacional ya que la transformación digital cambia la empresa por lo cual la
empresa debe adaptarse al cambio, es necesario este cambio ya que los
sistemas deben adecuarse a las necesidades y para esto el cambio
organizacional es importante.

Las tecnologías deben adecuarse a las necesidades del cliente, este es el

mayor desafío que enfrentan las empresas ya que la inversión en tecnologías
es muy alta, pero para poder identificar las necesidades reales del cliente se
deben probar distintos métodos y tecnologías para aprender lo que realmente
el cliente necesita y esto debe realizarse día tras día aprendiendo de todas las
experiencias de los clientes y trabajando en conjunto a nivel de organización y
no en jerarquías.

Todos estos desafíos tienen un lento desarrollo a la hora de la digitalización,

grandes empresas como Amazon llevan tiempo trabajando en ellas y es por
esto que estas compañías son exitosas, el proceso de volverse una empresa
digital es lento e imposible de desarrollar rápidamente, los ingresos tienden a
disminuir a la hora de la digitalización mientras se gana experiencia y
aprendizaje organizacional.

challenge that companies face since investment in technologies is very high,
but in order to identify the real needs of the client, different methods and
technologies must be tested to learn what is really the customer needs and this
should be done day after day by learning from all customer experiences and
working together at the organizational level and not in hierarchies.

All these challenges have a slow development when it comes to digitization,

large companies like Amazon have been working on them for a long time and
that is why these companies are successful, the process of becoming a digital
company is slow and impossible to develop quickly, income tend to decline
when it comes to digitization as organizational learning and experience is
gained.
