INTRODUCCION

• La cirugía es uno de los pilares para el tratamiento

para el cáncer.
• Por muchos años fue considerado como el único
tratamiento.
• El conocimiento del comportamiento biológico de la
enfermedad y su patrón de diseminación, ha
permitido que se tomen mejores decisiones para el
tratamiento quirúrgico.

Conclusiones :

1.- Cirugía uno de los pilares del tratamiento del cáncer.

2.- Los principios de la cirugía oncológica deben ser
interiorizados y respetados por todos los cirujanos.
3.- Se debe realizar una cirugía con márgenes
adecuados.

especializados y con especialistas capacitados.
