Abstract: The present work aims to analyze the environmental impact and awareness
that allows the obtaining of compost through organic and vegetable waste (fruit,
legume and vegetable peels) from domestic activities in Ecuador during the last two
decades, therefore, it is carry out a collection of qualitative and quantitative academic
data that are useful to us. This study will be due to the reuse process of organic media
such as biological oxidation that occurs under controlled conditions of humidity,
temperature and aeration. The organic reuse process is complex and dynamic, where
heterogeneous organic matter is transformed into a homogeneous product known as
compost, whose quality is variable and depends mainly on the type of organic matter
used. Compost has an agronomic value, for this reason the different mechanisms and
forms of production to be used as an organic amendment in the soil will be explained,
therefore it is capable of improving its structure and is used as organic fertilizers and
as a substrate for the production of plants.

1. Introducción
En las primeras fases del proceso de digestión aeróbica, “cuando una población de
microorganismos se pone en contacto con una fuente ilimitada de sustrato, el aumento
del consumo de oxígeno, se produce dióxido de carbono es decir agua y calor”
[ CITATION Cer18 \l 12298 ], entonces el sistema tiene pues, un requerimiento de aire
que puede ser suministrado por volteo de la pila. La aeración posee diversos
mecanismos como la absorción y asimilación de materia orgánica para la síntesis de
nueva masa protoplasmática. [ CITATION Ovi17 \l 12298 ].

3. Metodología
1. Coloca una capa de paja de 10 cm de altura a lo largo de la cama y encima restos de:
hortalizas, cascaras y restos de frutas, cascaras de huevos, entre otros materiales orgánicos
de cocina.
