ENGLISH WORKSHOP
MODULE 1
SEVENTH GRADERS

MÓDULO 1
En este módulo encontraras ejercicios para trabajar en el área de
inglés. El módulo está dividido en cuatro secciones, y en cada una
de ellas se trabajará en las cuatro habilidades principales:

• LISTENING (ESCUCHA)
• SPEAKING (HABLA)
• READING (LECTURA)
• WRITING (ESCRITURA)

Cada módulo contiene cinco partes:

A. La primera parte es el content: en este estableceremos el tema gramatical y el
vocabulario que guie el módulo, además de materiales como audios, videos,
infografías, etc. que faciliten entender la temática cómodamente.
B. En el reading leeremos algunos textos en ingles basados en el vocabulario dado en
la unidad y realizaremos ejercicios de compresión de lectura en inglés.
C. Luego, en el listening trabajaremos en nuestra habilidad de escucha y realizaremos
ejercicios para fortalecer nuestra habilidad.
D. La cuarta, el writing realizaremos ejercicios de escritura en segunda lengua.
E. La quinta: Speaking el estudiante practicara conversaciones en segunda lenga
inglés.
F. Finalmente, como evaluación de la unidad se realizará un ejercicio de escritura y un
ejercicio de habla en el cual daremos cuanta del tema trabajado durante el módulo.

La note de este módulo se obtendrá de sumar los siguientes porcentajes.

➢ Autoevaluación (10%)
➢ Realizar todos los ejercicios del módulo (30%)
➢ Final task de habla y escritura. (60%)

Al final de este módulo será capaz de usar el presente simple para hablar sobre rutinas, eventos
y actividades que hacen diariamente de forma afirmativa, negativa e interrogativa.

PRESENT SIMPLE

• Lo utilizamos cuando hablamos sobre hechos que son verdaderos o ciertos:

The sun rises in the east. (el sol sale en el este)

• Hábitos: cosas que solemos hacer usualmente.

I play football every Thursday. (yo juego futbol cada jueves)

• Actividades que ya programamos en una agenda:

Our bus leaves at 9 o clock. (Nuestro bus sale a las 9 en punto)

• Estados permanentes:
I live in Buenos Aires with my friend. (vivo en Buenos Aires con mi amigo)

El presente simple tiene tres formas afirmativa, negativa e interrogativa.

Affirmative:

En caso de las terceras personas

He, She o It
Al final del verbo se le agrega una s o una
es dependiendo de la terminación del
verbo.

Negativa:

En el caso de oraciones negativas usaremos

la negación do+not= don’t para los
sujetos I, You, We y They.
Para terceras personas utilizaremos la
negación.
Does+not= doesn’t
Además que para las terceras personas, ya
no es necesario agregarle una s en el verbo
ya que esto solo se hace en oraciones
afirmativas.
Interrogativa:

Para preguntas utilizaremos los auxiliares

Do para los sujetos I, You, We, THey
Además de un signo de interrogación al
final de la oración.

Mientras que para las terceras personas

utilizaremos el auxiliar Does mas el signo
de interrogación al final de la oración.

AND – BECAUSE
Usamos and y because para conectar ideas en un escrito. Usamos and para agregar más
información.
Ejemplo: I like football and basketball.

Por otro lado usamos because para dar una razón o una explicación.
Ejemplo: I am a chef because I like cooking.

FINAL TASK
SPEAKING

Realiza una grabación con una duración no mayor de dos minutos y no menor de un minuto treinta
en la cual hables de las cosas que te haces y te interesan debes utilizar los verbos vistos en esta
unidad además del vocabulario previamente visto en otras clases.
Vas a hacer una pequeña introducción diciendo como te llamas y donde vives, si vives en casa o
apartamento, las cosas que te gustan, cuantos hermanos tienes, donde estudias, que te gusta hacer
entre otras cosas.
Si tienes dudas debes preguntarle al profe para despejar dudas

Recuerda:
En el audio se tendrá en cuenta tu pronunciación,
el vocabulario (entre más amplio mucho mejor),
entonación,
la gramática
la fluidez.
