El trabajo pesado es solo para los hombres

lesionarse más fácil que un hombre y además esto traería posibles problemas a la empresa

ALEJANDRA: no me parece porque se puede acondicionar el trabajo que realiza un hombre a lo

que puede soportar una mujer, además, las mujeres suelen ser más recursivas en cuanto a buscar
soluciones a los problemas presentados en el trabajo

MELISSA: las mujeres pueden ser más recursivas pero en el caso de realizar trabajos como
transporte pesado se necesita fuerza y no inteligencia

Le damos la razón a la posición que está a favor porque consideramos la empresa puede
acondicionar las labores para que se realicen por igualdad de condiciones
