LOS CAFICULTORES COLOMBIANOS CALIFICAN EL PAPEL DEL GOBIERNO

Los beneficios han aumentado en la zona cafetera de Manizales Colombia, los agricultores están
hacienda mejoras en sus casas están surgiendo las antenas de televisión y el valor de las tierras ha
aumentado debido al auge internacional de los precios del café.

Los productores entrevistados presentan un descontento por la manera de cómo el gobierno ha

compartido las ganancias deduciendo que estaban mejor que antes del auge sienten que el
gobierno se está quedando con la mayoría de las ganancias y a ellos que son los que cultivan y
realizan procesos de recolección del café no les parece justo el precio.

Casi un millón en exportaciones

Dicen que el gobierno mantuvo el 75 por ciento de la exportación. precio a través de impuestos y
controles de precios. Y que es para prevenir la inflación que el dinero será invertido en proyectos
públicos cafeteros pero que nunca se ven estos proyectos hechos realidad.

El gobierno a anunciado un plan para para iniciar un programa rural de salud pública y un plan de
salud de Nutrición, este dinero seria proveniente del fondo nacional del café esperando reunir 400
millones este año siendo administrado por el gobierno y la Asociación nacional de cafeteros en
representación de los 3000 cafeteros de nuestro país.

Pero con el auge del precio del café a aumentado el costo de vida es por esta razón que dicen que
los beneficios son para el gobierno, los agricultores tienen la posibilidad de cultivar ya que la
federación de café les otorga préstamos y venden su café a través de comerciantes privados
indicando que el precio del café ha subido en el extranjero, pero solo reciben una parte de eso
deduciendo que si le pagaran su café a precio internacional podría mejorar la calidad de vida.
