para que sus miembros se sientan parte de una:

2-Sostenible
3-Funcional
Por algunos es considerado un método, una herramienta o una disciplina. Es una herramienta que por medio del
análisis interno permite obtener información para guiar o adoptar estrategia o camino a un rumbo

 Tareas principales del desarrollo organizacional

1-Selección de personal idóneo. Como paso previo, la

empresa u organización deberá elegir al personal
especializado
2-Recolección de información. Una vez definido el
problema, se procederá a recoger la información en
base a cuestionarios y entrevistas con los empleados

3-Diagnóstico general y definición de

estrategias. Finalmente, el grupo de
especialistas deberá hacer un diagnóstico
general y explicar detalladamente la situación
a la gerencia.

4-Plan de acción. Por último, se deberán tomar las medidas

que se crean convenientes. Esto puede variar dependiendo de
la situación particular de la organización
