Este mapa conceptual servirá como una herramienta visual integral para entender
cómo la reclinación organizacional y el cambio están intrínsecamente
interconectados. Exploraremos las interrelaciones entre los diversos componentes,
destacando cómo la capacidad de una organización para abrazar la reclinación es
fundamental para su evolución y supervivencia en un entorno empresarial en
constante transformación.

The world of work and business is always evolving, therefore, organizations are
constantly faced with the need to adapt and evolve to maintain their relevance and
competitiveness. The ability to experience an 'Organizational Decline' has become
essential in this context, where companies must re-evaluate and adjust their
structures, processes and strategies to align with the changing demands of the
business environment. This concept map will explore the key concepts associated
with organizational decline and its intrinsic relationship with change. At the center of
our analysis is 'Organizational Decline', a term that encapsulates a company's ability
to adapt, readjust and transform its internal fundamentals in response to internal and
external factors. From this central point, we will explore the different dimensions of
organizational decline, starting with 'Strategic Assessment'. We will discuss how
organizations should review and modify their strategies to align with new emerging
opportunities and challenges.
This concept map will serve as a comprehensive visual tool to understand how
organizational decline and change are intrinsically interconnected. We will explore
