Incident title: Aprisionamiento 1er dedo mano izquierda técnico mecánico

A las 21:20 hrs, el técnico mecánico de una contratista se encontraba realizando el alineamiento de la barra de perforación del equipo
Raptor, para lo cual coordina con el operador del equipo quien se encontraba en la cabina, el técnico mecánico le indica mediante señas
que realice el movimiento de la perforadora del equipo, en ese instante el técnico mecánico quien tenía sujetada la barra con la mano
izquierda sufre el aprisionamiento del dedo pulgar entre la mordaza y la barra de perforación.

Consequences
Traumatismo y fractura del primer dedo de la mano izquierda.

PMC 3: La máxima consecuencia es la fractura del dedo del técnico mecánico, esto por la posición de la mano y la mordaza del equipo no
