Explicamos la sexta experiencia de aprendizaje

1. PLANTEAMIENTO DE LA SITUACIÓN DE LA SEXTA EXPERIENCIA DE APRENDIZAJE: El estrés afecta a todo el mundo, especialmente en un
contexto como el actual, causando que la salud física y mental de todos se deteriore. Cada uno tiene diferentes maneras de co mbatir el estrés.
Ante esta situación, nos preguntamos:

¿De qué manera manejar el estrés? ¿Podrías compartir tus estrategias para reducir el estrés, en inglés, y así ayudar a personas de
diferentes partes del mundo?

PROPÓSITO DE LA SEXTA EXPERIENCIA DE APRENDIZAJE: Comprender textos breves en inglés deduciendo el léxico y las estructuras, a
fin de elaborar un texto con un testimonio sobre las actividades que no hace debido al confinamiento y las que lo ayudan a reducir el estrés.
