PLANTEAMIENTO DE LA SITUACIÓN
Los estudiantes de secundaria de la Institución educativa “Santa Rosa”, están expuestos a contraer diversas
enfermedades y debemos tomar conciencia del cuidado de nuestra salud física y mental. La falta de actividad física y
una inadecuada alimentación pueden causar diversas enfermedades, como obesidad, diabetes, cáncer, entre otras.
Por ello, desde el área de inglés, te proponemos hacer una revisión y reflexión de los hábitos saludables que vienes
poniendo en práctica en tu vida, a fin de que identifiques si realmente benefician tu salud o si necesitas incorporar
otros nuevos que te ayuden a prevenir enfermedades, y llevar una vida sana. Para ello, te invitamos a reflexionar con
base en las siguientes preguntas: ¿Puedes describir mi plato favorito y por qué me gusta en inglés? ¿Puedo hacer una
lista de ingredientes que necesito para hacer mi plato favorito en inglés? ¿Puedo escribir un e-mail sobre mi plato
favorito en inglés?

My favorite meal, by Jonathan Jones


My favorite mea lis breakfast. From Monday to Friday I go to school early so I have a quick breakfast. I usually
have cereals with milk or sometimes I have toast and jam, but the weekend is different!
On Saturdays and Sundays, my dad cooks an English breakfast for everyone in our family. A typical English
breeakfast is egg, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans (beans in tomato sauce). Then we
have toast and jam. I drink orange juice and my mum and dad drink coffee. I love breakfast at the weekend
because I have breakfast with my whole family.
