INTRODUCCIÓN
En esta evidencia realizada se presenta y se investiga como poco acerca del
microentorno, los cuales se encuentran en constante análisis dentro de una
compañía, como ya vimos un poco en la investigación pasada estos estudios sirven
para revisar cómo estos evolucionan, descubrir oportunidades y enfrentar riesgos
en la empresa se presenta, estos encuentran los factores que rodean a una
compañía a nivel económico, produciendo ganancias y beneficios a corto y largo
plazo. El microentorno define las fuerzas que tienen un impacto directo sobre la
producción de una empresa.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar la investigación de explicar y definir
el modelo de rivalidad y su dinámica; sus acciones/respuestas y su importancia de
los mercados donde compiten, pues si bien ya investigamos se destaca que el
modelo de rivalidad es una herramienta que tienen como objetivo el de motivar la
reflexión estratégica en las organizaciones, que hagan esfuerzos en la creación de
capacidades y ventajas competitivas difíciles de imitar para mejorar, aprovechar y
responder a las oportunidades del entorno en el que operan, así como sus
elementos y de qué forma está estructurado la reflexión estratégica para establecer
el rumbo de la organización. el despliegue o ejecución de la estrategia, sin olvidar
la importancia de las competidoras que operan en un mismo mercado, que ofrecen
productos similares y que dirigen su mira a clientes similares.
En esta investigación también se presenta y se habla acerca del enfoque
organizacional industrial, el cual permite que tanto la industria en general como las
empresas individuales en particular utilicen de manera más efectiva los recursos
disponibles como medio para ser más productivos y, por lo tanto, participar en la
economía general para obtener mejores resultados, se investiga y define sobre cada
uno de sus enfoques.
También se definirán cada uno de los conceptos de importancia como lo son:
escasez que brevemente podemos adelantar como la falta de recursos necesarios
para satisfacer una o más necesidades, las cuales pueden o no ser clave para la
supervivencia, eficiencia en la cual su situación donde se cumple que los factores
de producción son asignados a sus usos más beneficiosos, entre otros conceptos
como oferta, demanda, costo económico y elasticidad precio de la demanda.
Sin más preámbulo se presenta y define claramente cada uno de estos temas y para
una mejor explicación se muestran ejemplos de cada uno.
INTRODUCTION

how the strategic reflection is structured to establish the direction of the organization.

competitors operating in the same market, offering similar products and directing
their sights to similar customers.
This research also presents and talks about the industrial organizational approach,
which allows both industry in general and individual companies in particular to more
effectively use available resources as a means to be more productive and, therefore,
participate in the general economy to obtain better results, it is researched and
defined on each of its approaches.
Each of the important concepts will also be defined, such as: scarcity that we can
briefly advance as the lack of resources necessary to satisfy one or more needs,
which may or may not be key to survival, efficiency in which their situation where it
is fulfilled that the factors of production are assigned to their most beneficial uses,
among other concepts such as supply, demand, economic cost, and price elasticity
of demand.
Without further ado, each of these topics is presented and clearly defined and for a
better explanation example of each are shown.

for good communication and to capture the attention of consumers and thus be able

In this evidence, the elements of the business microenvironment were analyzed
through a conceptual map, as well as competitive rivalry using microeconomic tools
to integrate them into the business decision-making process.Concluding that decision
making in the business world is essential to develop tools that improve the productivity
of a company, since it serves to define the course of the organization and determine
the necessary actions to meet its objectives.
On the other hand, business competitiveness is an important part for companies
because thanks to this it has been able to see growth in the economic and social
environment because companies are committed to their customers to provide the best
service or products.
As we found out, supply and demand determine the market equilibrium.In short, this
evidence helped me a lot to reinforce my knowledge or the ideas that I have in relation
to the business microenvironment, and I consider that investigating and delving
deeper into these topics clears up doubts and resolves some concerns that I had.

In conclusion, in the activity carried out with my classmates, the microenvironment and
competitive rivalry were thoroughly analyzed through a conceptual map. Taking into
account every important definition found in the topic and breaking it down until you can
understand 100 percent of the topic. Business competitiveness is fundamental so that
companies do not remain stagnant, since companies work like people, the more
competitive, the more growth will be to seek to be the best. Finally, the evidence
reinforced my basic knowledge of microeconomics seen at the beginning of the
degree.

Una vez investigada la información para la actividad, puedo concluir que el estudio
del micro entorno y sus elementos, tales como clientes, públicos, competencia,
proveedores, entre otros, sirven como guía para que la empresa pueda analizar un
mejor futuro. Además creo que todo lo anterior es importante dado que la
competencia que existe entre las empresas deesean obtener un posicionamiento o
cierta ventaja en el mercado para obtener cierta rentabilidad a comparación de sus
competencias.
Por último se reforzó el conocimiento adquirido dentro de las clases vistas durante
estas semanas.

study of the micro environment and its elements, such as clients, audiences,

better future. I also believe that all of the above is important given that the competition

market to obtain certain profitability compared to their competition.
Finally, the knowledge acquired in the classes seen during these weeks was
reinforced.

Within this competition that exists in the global market, it is increasingly difficult to
stand out among the brands and I personally think that competitive rivalry favors the
economy of a country but often closes the possibility of new entrants due to the same
amount of competitors. That is when I understand that competitive advantage
becomes more and more relevant if certain skills, qualities, human capacities,
resources, production technology and attributes are taken into account, which
contribute to a company being able to obtain profitability in the market in relation to
its main competitors. . It is like standing out from the rest, either because of its
customer relations policies or because of the quality of the product or service offered
to the public. I also think that comparative advantage also encourages producers to
specialize in interchangeable goods and services, which favors mutually beneficial
trade between nations. To achieve this, companies must increase their productivity
and constantly innovate, in order to be more efficient in the long term, and I think that
the client is the most benefited here, due to the wide variety of options and low prices
in the global market
