• Estrés que experimentan las personas debido al uso de las TIC, derivado de
las demandas que provocan estas sobre el individuo (Tarafdar et al., 2007).
El tecnoestrés como resultado del uso de TIC aumentó
Tecnoestrés y durante la pandemia, adaptándose mejor aquellos
trabajadores acostumbrados a las tecnologías digitales y a
teletrabajo esta modalidad de trabajo.
• En el contexto de la pandemia, existe un efecto positivo y
significativo entre el tecnoestrés y el teletrabajo.
• El conflicto entre el trabajo y la familia durante el
teletrabajo, se asocia significativa y positivamente con el
tecnoestrés.
• Los trabajadores que están satisfechos con la modalidad
de teletrabajo manifiestan niveles más bajos de
tecnoestrés (Taser et al., 2022).
