Las investigaciones centradas en las primeras etapas de

la vida de los niños invidentes señalan que durante los
02 primeros cuatro meses de vida su desarrollo es muy
similar al de un niño vidente.

Teniendo en cuenta que el desarrollo cognitivo necesita la

interacción perceptual, los niños con grave discapacidad
03 visual o con ceguera tienen serias dificultades porque su
interacción perceptual está limitada.
